EasyBookstr Booking App Waiver & Disclaimer

By using the EasyBookstr booking app (“App”) provided by DiBSTR and 5-Star Host’r Coach, you (“Host” or “User”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Liability for Booking Outcomes

The App functions as a tool to facilitate direct bookings and manage reservations. DiBSTR and 5-Star Host’r Coach do not guarantee any bookings, occupancy rates, or revenue generated through use of the App. Your success depends on your marketing, pricing, and guest communication.

2. Host Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

-Ensuring all information you provide to guests is accurate and up-to-date.

-Managing cancellations, refunds, and guest communications professionally and in accordance with applicable laws.

-Complying with local laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to your short-term rental business.

3. App Performance & Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable and secure App performance, DiBSTR and 5-Star Host’r Coach do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Temporary downtime or technical issues may occur.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiBSTR and 5-Star Host’r Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiBSTR and 5-Star Host’r Coach from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these terms.

6. Acceptance

By completing a booking through EasyBookstr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver & Disclaimer.
